What are the delivery charges for orders through your online shop?

Delivery to the UK is charged at a Flat Rate @ £2.95 Per Order. International Delivery is charged at a Flat Rate of £7.95 Per Order.

What payment methods are accepted through your online shop?

Payment is processed securely via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card or debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

How long will delivery of my order take?

All Deliveries are dispatched within 1 working day by Royal Mail or Royal Mail International Delivery. All orders can be tracked once dispatched and must be signed for at the point of delivery. For UK Deliveries please allow 2-3 days for receipt of your order and for International Deliveries please allow 3-7 working days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order will be processed on the same working day if placed before 15.00 hrs GMT/BST or next working day thereafter. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your order is being processed and you can login to your account at any time to check upon the status of your order.
